What we ask for

A name or nickname, a birth date, and optionally a time of birth.

We delete your birth date after calculating. Your character and relationship label stay on the map.

We do not keep your birth year anywhere — not in our database, not in our logs.

What ends up on a map

Here is what a map keeps about you: the name you typed, your character, your relationship label, and the order you joined in. It keeps no birth date, no birth time, and no numeric score.

What stays is not anonymous. Your character narrows down when you were born: among people born within a few years of each other it points to a window of roughly two to three years. Please treat a map as information about a real person.

A link you share never contains a birth date. It carries only a random identifier.

Who can see a map

Anyone who has the link to a map can open it and see the names and characters on it. The person who made the map can pass that link to anyone.

Removing yourself

You can remove yourself from a map using the link on your result page. No account is needed.

When you remove yourself, your name and character are erased. Only the fact that a row existed remains, so counts stay accurate.

Age

This is for adults 18 and over. We work out your age from the date you enter, then discard it.

Other companies

This site loads no third-party scripts, analytics, or advertising pixels.

We do not sell your information, and we send nothing about you to any other company.

Server logs

Our hosting provider records the IP address of every request, including automatic fetches made by messaging apps when someone pastes a link. We do not copy these into our own database, and we keep provider logs for the shortest period the provider allows.
